
Marina Rosove Javor

Marina Rosove Javor (she/her) brings more than 15 years of experience advancing global impact across the nonprofit and public affairs sectors. Her work has focused on some of today’s most complex challenges including global human rights, Middle East diplomacy, climate justice, humanitarian response, and reproductive health and rights for women, girls, and LGBTQI+ people.

Before joining 10th Street Strategies, Marina served as Associate Director, Los Angeles at American Jewish World Service from 2019 to 2024. She has also held frontline roles at Planned Parenthood Los Angeles, J Street and the New Israel Fund.
Marina is a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer and has field experience in disaster response. She holds a Master’s in Nonprofit Administration from the University of San Francisco and studied Creative Writing at San Francisco State University.
The daughter of an American biologist and a Mexican marine conservationist, Marina is inspired by community movements pursuing dignity, justice, and a healthy world for all. She lives in Los Angeles with her family and is a proud parent of two young children. In her limited free time, you’ll find her in the garden or plotting her next vacation.
